Section 1. About these Terms of Use

1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms of Use”) set forth the terms and conditions for use of the services provided by the provider of this application (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”), and shall apply to all actions taken by the User when using the services.
2. Users shall fully understand and abide by these Terms of Use when using the Service.
3. By downloading and using the application, the user agrees to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this TOS.
4. The provider may change these Terms of Use as necessary. The modified Terms of Use shall be effective from the time the provider posts the modified Terms of Use on the Application.
5. If the user does not agree to the modified Terms of Use, the user shall immediately delete the Application from the user's own device.

Section 2: Terms of Use

1. Users shall download and install this app on their mobile devices at their own responsibility. The app does not guarantee compatibility with all mobile devices.
2. The app can be used once it has been successfully downloaded and installed on the respective device. The app is intended solely for personal use by the user and may not be subleased or transferred to others.
3. The copyrights and other rights to this app belong to the provider. Unless explicitly permitted under these Terms of Use, no copyrights or other rights related to this app are transferred to the user.

Section 3: Management of Email Address and Password

1. Users are responsible for properly managing their email address and password and must not transfer, lend, or share them with any third party.
2. The provider will consider any login using the registered email address and password as usage by the user who owns the email address.
3. The provider shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of a user's email address and password by a third party, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the provider.

Section 4: Prohibited Actions

1. Users shall not engage in the following actions when using this service:
   • Violating laws or public order and morals
   • Engaging in criminal activities or activities related to criminal acts
   • Infringing on intellectual property rights included in this service
   • Interfering with the functionality of servers or networks
   • Using the information provided by this service for commercial purposes without authorization
   • Engaging in actions that may disrupt the operation of the provider
   • Gaining or attempting to gain unauthorized access
   • Collecting or storing personal information of other users
   • Using this service for improper purposes
   • Causing disadvantages or harm to other users
   • Impersonating other users
   • Engaging in unauthorized advertising or solicitation
   • Providing benefits to anti-social forces
   • Using or developing external tools
   • Removing or altering copyright notices or similar markings
   • Promoting any of the above actions
   • Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the provider

Section 5: Suspension or Interruption of Service

1. The provider may suspend or interrupt the provision of this service without prior notice if any of the following circumstances are deemed to apply:
   • When maintenance or updates are performed on the system related to this service
   • When the provision of this service becomes difficult due to force majeure, such as natural disasters
   • When communication lines or other infrastructure are disrupted due to accidents
   • When the provider determines that continuing the service is unfeasible
2. The provider shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the suspension or interruption of this service.
